These terms apply when you use ttnenterprise.com and when you place an order with TTN ENTERPRISE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. Please read them before ordering.
This website is operated by TTN ENTERPRISE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 13 701 257 329) of 350 Parramatta Road, Homebush NSW 2140, Australia. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
We supply businesses. Goods are sold for resale or business use, and by ordering you confirm you are acquiring them for that purpose. We may ask for your ABN before releasing an order or opening trade terms.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices shown are trade prices, and pack and carton pricing is published on each product page. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time you place it. Freight is added at checkout in line with our shipping policy.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. Where a line sells out between order and pick, we will contact you to substitute, back-order or refund that line. Product images are representative; supplier packaging and minor specifications can change without notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and electronic bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are picked once funds clear. Where trade terms have been approved in writing, invoices are payable 30 days from invoice date; overdue accounts may be placed on hold and interest may be charged.
Risk passes to you on delivery or on collection from our warehouse. Title in the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our returns policy sets out how to lodge a claim for damaged, short-shipped or faulty stock.
Content on this site — text, photography, layout and the TTN Enterprise name — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Product photography supplied by manufacturers remains their property and may be used by our customers to resell the goods.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
