Trade stock is sold for resale, so our returns process is built around claims: damage in transit, shortages, and faulty or non-conforming product. Here is how each is handled.
Count the cartons against the packing slip before you sign. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier's paperwork — that note is what supports the claim. Photograph damaged pallets before unwrapping.
Email sale@ttnenterprise.com with your order number, the product code, the quantity affected and photographs. We assess within two business days and confirm whether we are crediting, replacing or arranging a return. Do not send stock back before you receive a return authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be credited.
Approved claims are credited to your account or refunded to the original payment method within five business days of assessment, or replaced on the next dispatch, whichever you prefer. Freight on an approved claim is at our cost.
We can accept an unopened, saleable carton back within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. A 15% handling fee applies and return freight is at your cost. Indent, clearance and special-order lines are not returnable for change of mind.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a consumer guarantee applies, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
